Wang Guangqing, Division General Manager of Golden Silver Bay Hotel and Executive Leadership Program participant, shared practical insights into Chinese and Cambodian business etiquette.

Drawing on his cross-border management experience, he explained how cultural understanding and professional etiquette help build trust, strengthen business relationships, and create successful long-term partnerships between Chinese and Cambodian enterprises.

Jing Yi, Co-founder of Medical Beauty Group and Executive Leadership Program participant, shared how personal image is a strategic asset for business leaders.

He emphasized that confidence, professionalism, and personal branding go beyond appearance, helping entrepreneurs strengthen leadership presence and create greater business value.

Jing Yi illustrated how personal image and leadership presence can strengthen team confidence, build trust with investors and partners, and enhance brand value. He also introduced a three-step image transformation strategy, emphasizing that investing in personal branding is a strategic investment that creates lasting competitive advantages for both entrepreneurs and their businesses.
