On the afternoon of April 9, 2026, the Asia Euro University Faculty of International Business (AEU FIB)**successfully hosted the 11th Alumni Leadership Forum at Morgan Tower 19A.

Bringing together distinguished alumni, the forum explored Cambodia’s evolving investment landscape, providing valuable insights into emerging opportunities, key challenges, and the country’s new investment cycle.

01 Opening Remarks

The event commenced with opening remarks by Ms. Carey Liu, Class Coordinator of the Asia Euro University Faculty of International Business (AEU FIB). She emphasized that the Alumni Leadership Forum serves not only as a platform for knowledge sharing but also as a testament to the strength and value of the alumni network.

She noted that the School is committed to developing leaders with vision, sound judgment, and purpose. The return of two distinguished alumni as guest speakers reflected the lasting impact of the University’s education and set an inspiring tone for the forum.

02 Sharing by Mr. Chu Zexu

Mr. Chu Zexu, CEO of Morgan Group and an alumnus of the 8th AEU FIB cohort, shared practical insights drawn from his years of business experience in Cambodia. He explained that as the market continues to mature, sustainable success depends not on short-term opportunities but on building long-term competitive advantages through strong local relationships, regulatory compliance, and brand credibility. His presentation encouraged alumni to focus on developing lasting capabilities and strategic vision for long-term success in Cambodia’s evolving investment landscape.

03 Sharing by Mr. Yang Zongheng

Mr. Yang Zongheng, CEO of Meichen Real Estate and an alumnus of the 10th AEU FIB cohort, shared practical insights into Cambodia’s real estate market based on his industry experience. He outlined key investment considerations, including location selection, property evaluation, and developer credibility, offering a practical framework for informed decision-making.

He emphasized that choosing the right investment is more important than timing the market, and that disciplined investment strategies and clear evaluation standards are essential for long-term success.
