The Asia Euro University International Business School organized an industry visit on 30 June 2026 for its EMBA, CEO, and entrepreneur participants to HW GARMENT INDUSTRY (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD.
Centered on the theme “Connecting Industry, Advancing Practice, Empowering Business Growth,” the visit provided firsthand insights into Cambodia’s manufacturing sector and explored emerging opportunities within the global supply chain through factory tours and executive discussions.

Inside the Production Floor
Accompanied by the company’s management team, participants toured the production facilities and gained a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing process—from fabric cutting and garment assembly to quality control and final packaging.
As a leading export manufacturer serving international brands, HW GARMENT INDUSTRY (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. operates a well-established OEM/ODM production system with a strong presence in the European and North American markets. The visit provided valuable insights into lean manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain coordination, and Cambodia’s evolving role in the global manufacturing industry.

Focusing on Business Practice, Discussing the Future Together
During the discussion session, both sides engaged in in-depth dialogue on the current international trade environment, the restructuring of global supply chains, business management, brand building, and future industry development trends.
Drawing on their own industry backgrounds, the entrepreneur students actively participated in discussions on topics such as corporate strategic positioning, supply chain layout, human resources management, international market expansion , and cross-border operations—jointly exploring development pathways for businesses amid the new landscape of the global economy.

The company’s management team also shared insights into the company’s development history and operational experience, outlining recent trends in Cambodia’s manufacturing industry, along with the company’s practical experience in improving production efficiency, optimizing management systems, and advancing green manufacturing.
