PEP Cohort 12 Successfully Concludes: AI Short Video Operations & Commercialization
As AI transforms the digital economy, PEP Cohort 12 provided business leaders with practical insights into AI-powered short video operations, live streaming, and content commercialization, empowering them to thrive in the digital era.
PEP Cohort 12 officially commenced with an inspiring opening ceremony at the Postgraduate School. H.E. Prof. Dr. Try Chanthuch, Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Asia Euro University and Dean of the Postgraduate School, delivered a keynote address highlighting the transformative impact of AI-powered short video technologies and encouraging participants to embrace innovation to strengthen their business competitiveness.
The first day featured an engaging session led by Alex Chen, Founder of Unicorn 9x16 MCN and Founding Chairman of the Taiwan New Media Application Development Association. Drawing on extensive industry experience, he shared practical strategies for AI-powered short video marketing, brand building, and content monetization.
On the second day, Zhang Wenyao, Founder of Hangzhou Hengyin Film & Media, led an in-depth session on the fundamentals of AI-powered short video production and operations. Through live demonstrations, practical techniques, and real-world case studies, participants gained a deeper understanding of AI-driven content creation, operational strategies, and data optimization, strengthening their ability to apply AI effectively in digital marketing.
In the afternoon, guest speaker Jiang Guolong delivered an insightful session on Short Video Data Analytics and Publishing Strategies. Through data-driven analysis and practical guidance, participants learned how platform algorithms work, how to optimize content scheduling, and how to maximize reach and audience engagement in today’s fast-changing digital media landscape.
Participants were divided into 4 teams to apply the knowledge gained throughout the program.
By combining creativity, teamwork, and AI-powered strategies, each team successfully produced and edited high-quality short videos, transforming classroom learning into practical business outcomes.
PEP Cohort 12 concluded with a distinguished closing ceremony attended by Lok Neak Oknha Dr. Ly Kunthai, Chairman of Asia Euro University, and H.E. Prof. Dr. Try Chanthuch, President of Asia Euro University.
The program concluded with a certificate presentation ceremony, recognizing participants for their successful completion and practical achievements.
