The story of Asia Euro begins in 2002. A group of educators deeply rooted in Southeast Asia began, as an organization, a systematic exploration of regional management education. Three years later, that exploration gained national standing.

2005 · Royal Decree

Asia Euro University was formally established by Royal Decree of the Kingdom of Cambodia — becoming an academic institution named and protected under national law, with full degree-granting authority. At the time, the landscape of executive education in Southeast Asia had yet to take shape. No one could have known that this land would become one of today’s most vital nodes connecting Asian and European business civilizations.

Twenty years later, we stand here.

EMBA Authorization

On November 29, 2024, Cambodia’s Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) formally issued a PRAKAS, authorizing Asia Euro University to launch its Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program.

This marks the first Mandarin-taught EMBA program in Cambodian to receive formal approval by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) — The program is designed and delivered by Asia Euro University’s Postgraduate School, with degrees conferred by Asia Euro University in accordance with the law.
